Sims 4 Sim Thinks Door Is Locked

When i lock a door for everyone and allow a specific sim to go through that door and employees then after saving and closing the game that specific sim can t go through that door anymore after starting the game back up again.

Hello i ve been playing sims 4 again lately but i ve run into an issue. It happens also to front doors to appartements. 1 point 2 months ago. With this mod you can not only lock any door in the sims 4 but you can choose who the door is locked for and who it is unlocked for.

When the doors are locked the sims respect the settings. Somehow other sims are still getting in. This is only base game. Lock for certain sims.

I locked the door of a room and gave access to only one sim in my household. If i wanted him to interact with someone on the other side of the door he would wave his hand and say the way is blocked. Hey oshizu you already know i m having trouble with this in my sim s apartment building i forgot to mention not only can her boyfriend enter her apartment but so can her friends especially annoying as she has the incredibly friendly reward. This is when the door is locked to household members only but when i locked it for only her it seemed to solve the issue.

I had 2 sim from the same household visit another home i build myself and where i know which doors are locked for who. The door is then unlocked for the chosen sims and the active sim which you have used to unlock the door. At first i had only one sim visit and he could not go through the doors. Lock the door for all. The door is then unlocked for the chosen pets. I often lock outside doors leading to a kitchen for animals so that sims wont all the time stop eating to pet the dog or the cat and they get unloked.
